Housing Allocations
How are homes allocated?
Aragon Housing Association operates the Housing Register and Housing Advice services on behalf of Mid Beds District Council. This leaflet explains how the Housing Register works and how we allocate properties.
To be eligible for rehousing you have to apply and be accepted onto the Housing Register. A points system is then used to assess priority and housing need. Properties are then offered to households identified as having the greatest housing need.
On behalf of Mid Beds District Council, Aragon Housing Association also nominate households to other housing associations within the Mid Beds area.
Application forms can be obtained from either of the offices below or by downloading from the website.
