Best Value Panel

The Best Value Panel works with the Association on its Continuous Improvement programme, customer information leaflets and the services its provides to all its customers, whether they come from internal or external sources.

Progress Report January 2007

The Best Value Panel has increased its membership in 2006, and during 2006 / 07 has been involved in the following Best Value Reviews:

  • Services to Minority Groups
  • Development
  • Estate Management

The Best Value Panel has also looked at ways Aragon can improve the way it works, and improve the level of service it gives its customers.

The Panel has also looked at the external agencies Aragon works with, to ensure we are fully involved in wider projects relating to the community in which we work.

In 2007 / 08, the Best Value Panel will continue to work with Aragon on the Best Value programme, including the Best Value Reviews which commenced in 2006 / 07.

The Best Value Panel will also be involved in the following Best Value Reviews which will commence in 2007:

  • Lettings
  • Responsive Repairs
  • Handyperson Service

The Panel will also look at any new or amended procedures Aragon works on, time permitting.
