Editorial Board
The members of this Panel are fully involved in developing each edition of Intouch and the Annual Calendar and Annual Report, which involves submitting articles, design suggestions and suggesting future information to be included. Due to when these documents are produced, this Panel usually meets around their production dates, and not on the regular 8- week cycle that other Panels meet.
Progress Report January 2007
Unlike other Panels, the Editorial Board meets 7 times a year; twice for each edition of Intouch to look at articles and proofs before it is sent to all customers and once to discuss the calendar which is sent out with the Annual Report.
2006 has been a very successful year for the Editorial Board, particularly with the new meeting schedule for the group.
The Panel has a direct input into areas such as the articles which are included in Intouch, the front cover for each edition of Intouch and the final design of each edition of Intouch. The Editorial Board also has an input into the theme of each Calendar, and where a competition is agreed on for pictures, this is advertised in Intouch, and members of the Board sit on the judging Panel.
The Editorial Board will be continuing their work into 2007, ensuring that all of Aragon’s customers are kept up to date on what Aragon is doing, and suggesting new ideas to be included in Intouch, such as a Youth Corner and human interest stories.
