Themed Customer Panels
Litmus Panel
The Litmus Panel meets on an ad-hoc basis when issues arise outside of the main body of Panels. Issues covered by the Litmus Panel include reviewing new policies such as the Anti-Social Behaviour and Tenancy Support policies. This Panel has also reviewed the new Community Development Strategy and had input on updating Aragon staff ID badges, to improve customer safety.
Progress Report January 2007
The Litmus Panel meets differently to other Panels, in that it is called upon to look at issues which do not sit within one of the other Panels. Litmus Panel Members can be called upon at short notice to look at specific issues, and members of this Panel can sit on it in addition to a maximum of three other Panels.
In 2006, the Litmus Panel has looked at two key subjects.
The first subject was Aragon staff ID badges, which were being updated, to improve security and to enable customers to better see the information they include when staff visit their homes.
The Litmus Panel has also been involved in the Community Development strategy which has been produced, both in reviewing the draft version of the strategy, and providing feedback which was used when producing a community friendly version of the document.
In 2007, the Litmus Panel will continue to work on unique issues which need to be considered on a swifter basis.
