About this guide

Let’s Rent has been developed in partnership with a broad range of services linked to the local private rental sector.

These include local letting agents, landlords, Central Bedfordshire’s Housing Options service, Aragon Housing Association, Private Sector Housing, Community Safety Service, the Housing Benefit and Council Tax service and Bromford Floating Support Services.

Let’s Rent is also promoting the registration of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the National Approved Lettings Scheme and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

The self regulated housing option offers landlords a comprehensive range of incentives and support which have been designed to enable tenancies to be sustained in the long term thereby maximising the landlord’s rental income and protecting their investment.

If your property is accepted, it will be marketed to eligible families by one of Let’s Rent’s approved letting agents.
