About this guide
This ‘Tenant Guide’ provides you with clear information about the Home Choice Scheme (Rent Deposit and Rent in Advance) which Aragon Housing Association has introduced to help people who are claiming benefits or living on a low income in to the private rented sector. The scheme is funded by Mid Beds District Council.
It is hoped that the guide will help people decide whether they can use the scheme and contact the association much earlier when they need advice and help.
We are already working very closely with a number of private landlords and letting agencies and we are keen to work with even more to provide even more choice.
