Home Improvement Programme 2008/09
As with last year, on a number of work programmes Aragon has again had to deviate from its ‘whole road approach’ to major repairs. The main reason for this change is a government initiative that all homes meet the Decent Homes Standard by 2010. We are well on course to meet this objective but it does mean that in some instances issues with individual properties will need to be addressed. Once this is completed we will revert back to major work on a whole roads basis. The plans set out below may be subject to minor changes and numbers are approximate guides only.
