Housing areas
Our current operational area covers around 135 square miles over 54 parishes in the west and central parts of the Mid Beds District Council area. The main centres of population are in Biggleswade in the east, Ampthill and Flitwick in the centre and Cranfield in the west.
We see our core area of operation to be Mid Bedfordshire, however we are aiming to grow both
through geographical expansion and service delivery. This means that we
will be seeking opportunities in other parts of Bedfordshire and surrounding
counties i.e. Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.
