A group of tenants from Bedfordshire-based social housing provider, Aragon Housing Association, recently visited the Houses of Parliament and had the chance to quiz a local MP!

March 2010 - Credit Union collection point opens in Biggleswade
A new collection point for the North Central Bedfordshire Credit Union was officially opened in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire by the Mayor of Biggleswade, Councillor George E.D. Wilson, on Tuesday 16 March.

March 2010 - GUHG leads the way in supported living
Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG) is leading the way in independent supported living with the opening of a brand new development in Milton Keynes. Perrydown was officially opened on Wednesday 3 March and consists of 10 one-bedroom flats and one two-bedroom flat.

Bedfordshire Homefinder, a new scheme which gives people real choice about council and housing association homes, has been launched. The scheme, which launched on 11June, is a partnership between the three local authorities and two largest housing associations in Bedfordshire.

March 2009 - Aragon’s youth officer wins regional award
Aragon Housing Association, is very proud to announce that Nicola King, Aragon’s Youth Participation Officer, has won the ‘Tenant Liaison Officer of the Year ‘category in the Midlands heat of Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) Connecting People Awards.

January 2009 - Aragon’s Money Advice Service gathers momentum
Following the recent successful launch of its Money Advice Service, which aims to help customers manage their income and expenditure more effectively, Bedfordshire-based social housing provider, Aragon Housing Association, has been actively promoting the service locally.
