Aragon Housing Association is part of Grand Union Housing Group
and is one of the largest providers of affordable housing and related
services in Bedfordshire and the surrounding counties, managing
more than 6,000 properties. Approximately 2,000 of these are
retirement homes.
Retirement housing has changed considerably over recent years
and continues to evolve. This leaflet sets out Aragon’s aims in providing accommodation and services appropriate to the needs
of our older residents.
Aragon Housing Association holds ‘The Code of Practice’ accreditation for Sheltered Housing from the Centre for Sheltered Housing Studies (CSHS) and the ‘Quality of Information Kitemark’ from the Elderly Accommodation Counsel (EAC).
