Below are any ‘resale’ properties currently available for purchase under the part buy, part rent scheme. To apply for a ‘resale’ property, you already need to be registered on our database for New Build HomeBuy (part buy, part rent) - i.e. already completed an Aragon application form. After a specified period of time (the Nomination Period), the seller is free to sell the property on the open market, subject to the applicant/s being approved by the Association.

Once the Nomination period ends, we can accept new applications – please refer to the individual properties below for this date. For an application form please contact us using one of the methods listed.
