Tenancy Support Service
Helping tenants to manage their tenancy
Aragon Housing Association identified there is sometimes a need to offer additional support to new and existing tenants. With the introduction of an initiative called ‘Supporting People’, Aragon Housing Association was able to introduce the Tenancy Support Service in March 2003.
Since this time our dedicated Tenancy Support Officers have assisted many tenants to sustain their tenancies with positive outcomes.
One satisfied customer told us: “Tenancy Support has been a great help to me. They realised I was in financial difficulty because of my spiralling rent arrears. I told the Tenancy Support Officer my situation and she gradually helped me to sort my debts out. I have control of my debts now and am a lot happier. I would recommend anyone with this sort of problem to contact Tenancy Support.”
