Getting social

You may be aware that social media is becoming an increasingly important part of our social and business lives.

Businesses are using the likes of Facebook and Twitter to offer even more to their customers as well as getting instant information to them.

At Aragon Housing Association as well as our parent company, Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG), we recognise the need to use social media.

By using Facebook, we  keep our customers up to date with everything that is going on at Aragon. We post dates to important events, the latest news and even point customers in the direction to helpful documents or websites that could save them money or assist them in their tenancy.

We feel that Facebook is a fantastic way to reach our customers quickly and this is why we have decided to completely redesign our page. We want to offer much more and the new page will give people a chance to get all the latest news, coupled with videos, images and even online newsletters.

You can even follow GUHG on Twitter

While we realise the importance of social media today, we also know that a number of people don’t have access to computers or the internet. That is why we have provided each of our Retirement Housing schemes with a computer with internet access as well as providing customers with training on how to get the best out of the internet.

If you don’t have internet access, why not head down to your local library, as they often have computers on site that allow you to surf the web.

Social media is something to embrace, so if you haven’t already found us on Facebook, head over to www.facebook.com/AragonHousingAssociation and like us to get the latest news and information from Aragon. But if Twitter is more your thing, why not follow us: @GrandunionHG.
