Aragon Housing Association continuously monitors performance to make sure we are providing the best possible service.

In this section you'll find information about our customer feedback procedure, where customers can give us a compliment, suggestion, comment or complaint through a formal procedure; and our Satisfaction surveys which monitor and record customer satisfaction.

Performance information

Each year, we provide our customers with information about how Aragon is performing across the different services. This is published in our Annual Report and also our Tenant Annual Report. This year our performance data will be included in our customer calendar.
