Customer Care Standards leaflet

At Aragon Housing Association we ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

Recently, we conducted a groupwide 'Customer First' project, in which we consulted widely with our customers, staff and management and made a number of improvements to our services.

As a result of this project, we have established our customer care standards, which you can find in this section.

These standards set out what our customers can expect when they contact us. We also have a customer feedback policy, which allows customers to let us know what they think of our service.
