Local Offers

The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) has developed a new way of regulating housing associations. Part of this new regulation is to develop Local Offers, which are standards we set for particular groups e.g. for a neighbourhood, a housing association or a group of tenants such as older people.

To do this, we consulted with nearly 400 tenants in 2010 and their feedback went to our Local Offer Working Party which consisted of tenants and staff. You will find the finalised Local Offers, detailing the level of service you can expect from Aragon Housing Association, as approved by you, in this document.
