Our Tenant Annual Report is the document in which we report back to our customers about how we are performing against criteria set by our regulators.

This year we have used this as an opportunity to report on how we are performing against the standards laid down in our Local Offer. We have consulted with you, our customers, to find out what you wanted to see in your annual report, which includes a range of performance data.
