The Board

The Board exercises direction and control of the association’s activities and is made up as follows:

• four tenants/leaseholders
• two local authority  members (nominated by Central Bedfordshire Council)
• six independent members.

Whilst the Board maintains full responsibility for  setting  policies and reviewing performance, it delegates responsibility for specific areas of operation to the Customer Committee.

Aragon Housing Association complies with the Code of Governance issued by the National Housing Federation.
