Customer Committee

The Customer Committee, which meets four times a year, consists of 12 elected tenant representatives from Aragon's four main operational areas, plus a leaseholder and an independent Aragon Board member. The Committee reports directly to the Board and nominates the four tenants who sit on the Board.

The Customer Committee’s main purpose is to monitor service delivery.

Customer Committee meeting

It deals with issues of particular concern to tenants such as repairs performance, improvements to local areas and community issues.

Representatives serve a three year term but can stand again. The Committee also has a representative from Central Bedfordshire Council and an independent representative. News on elections are always advertised in our newsletter, Intouch.
