Corporate plan 2007/08

FOREWORD

Aragon is committed to providing good quality homes, on a variety of tenures, which meet customer demands and expectations and help us work towards achieving sustainable communities. We place our tenants and customers at the heart of everything we do and we are proud of involving them in all our operations.

This document states our vision for the next five years, focussing on the key areas for developing and diversifying our organisation. This year’s short-term strategies build on the success of 2006-07, and detail our pathway towards achieving our long-term goals.

The consultation process for this Corporate Plan was quite extensive and involved Board members and senior managers setting the vision for what we want to achieve. Staff and stakeholders were consulted to encourage feedback on the content and proposed strategies. resulting in this final version of the plan.

The 2007-08 Corporate Plan provides some context about where we are and the issues we face, but mainly looks to the future and the way we plan to move the organisation forward.
