Renting a home from us

We work in partnership with a number of local authorities who are responsible for the housing waiting lists. Before you can rent a property from us you will need to apply to your local authority first.

Residential or intermediate let

Intermediate let properties are generally owned by housing associations and the rents are typically set at 80% (or less) of market rents. They are offered on assured shorthold tenancies with a minimum term of six months, similar to private renting.

Residential let properties are also generally owned by housing associations and the rents are set at market rents, the same as private renting. They are offered on assured shorthold tenancies with a minimum term of twelve months.
