Woburn Sands is a charming village on the Bedfordshire/Buckinghamshire border. It has lots of amenities, including a variety of shops, pubs, restaurant's, a library, nearby golf course and is close to Woburn Abbey and Safari Park. Nearby there is an extensive and beautiful woodland for walking in. Transport links are good, with both bus and rail link. The Parish News, which is published monthly, features all the local news and events.

Hutton Court itself consists of 21 one bedroom flats, 2 two bedroom flats and 1 three bedroom flat. There is a communal area, as well as a kitchen, guest room and library. Residents are encoraged to join in a number of social activities, which include coffee mornings, quizzes and bingo.There are also a number of trips orgainised by the residents. A travelling library calls regularly and there is a day centre on Tuesdays at the scheme.    

Staff and Support 

Home Support Officers are based at most Schemes and ensure you are safe and happy. We offer Support with our Community Alarm Support Service which can include up to five visits a week from a member of staff to ensure that extra piece of mind.
