The mobile library visits regularly from which residents are invited to borrow books.
Sandy is a good sized market town with an excellent range of shops, supermarkets and amenities, including a health centre.
The town also has great transport links with a regular bus service to Bedford, Biggleswade and Hitchin and a mainline train service to London Kings Cross and Peterborough.
There is plenty going on in both the town and Stonecroft so there is no need to feel isolated.
