Customer training

Every year, Aragon runs a training and information programme on a range of subjects. We are currently planning our new programme of sessions (which are due to commence in September 2011), however listed below are some of the sessions we have run in the past:

  • healthy eating

  • chairing skills

  • tracing your family tree

  • getting involved at Aragon

  • setting up a Resident's Association

  • planning a community event

  • dealing with difficult situations

  • managing your money.

Some of the feedback from residents who have attended sessions in the past include:

'It is always excllent training and you gain an awful lot of insight into how Aragon works when you attend their sessions'  Linda Harrison

'It is an excellent programme and it is very good for residents to attend the sessions as they can learn a lot.  I can use the information I learn outside of the sessions and in my local community.  Not all of sessions are corporate ones based on what Aragon does, some have a social element and we also get certificates which is great' Trish Draper
