Who were the winners?

Despite the grim summer this year ,judges were still very impressed  with an awesome display of gardens from our entrants:We had over 20 entrants from across the district in all the categories.

The overall winner of the Tim Eastaff Cup was won by Joan Inwood from Houghton Conquest, with the highest ever score in the history of the competition with 245 points,a great achievement.

• 1st prize in the large gardens category went to Robin Westlake of Flitton

• 1st prize in the small gardens category went to Joan Inwood

• 1st prize for hanging baskets and pots went to Beryl Manning in Ampthill

• 1st prize for patios and decking went to Mrs May Hinton of Henlow.

• 1st prize for Retirement Housing went to Hutton Court in Woburn Sands

All entries were invited to a presentation at Langford Garden Centre in October where they received a certificate and garden vouchers.
