At Aragon, we have a group of residents called Resident Inspectors. Their role is to work with us to ensure that void (empty) properties are brought up to the right standards before we re-let them. This involves visiting properties when they become vacant to see what work needs to be done, then re-visiting the property once the work has been completed to ensure it meets our standards before being re-let.
All resident inspectors receive full training and carry out all inspection visits with a qualified Aragon surveyor. They receive a shopping voucher for participating in this project and we can pay mileage to inspectors who drive themsleves to inspections, or arrange transport for those who require it.
