Resident involvement

Aragon Housing Association involves its residents in shaping the sevices we provide and the decisions we make. Residents can get involved in a variety of ways, some of which require only little time and some of which require a regular commitment.

Resident involvement not only takes place in the local comminity, but residents can also get involved in the comfort of their own home.

Some of the ways residents can get involved include:

• attending consultation meetings
• completing surveys or questionnaires
• entering our annual gardening competition
• reviewing leaflets before they are published
• young people getting involved in local projects
• scrutinising the services provided by Aragon
• mystery shopping Aragon services
• working with other local agencies, e.g. councils.
