Resident involvement

Aragon Housing Association involves its residents in shaping the services we provide and the decisions we make. Residents can get involved in a variety of ways, some of which require only little time and some of which require a regular commitment.

Resident involvement not only takes place in the local community, but residents can also get involved in the comfort of their own home.

Some of the ways residents can get involved include:

  • attending consultation meetings
  • completing surveys or questionnaires
  • reviewing leaflets before they are published
  • young people getting involved in local projects
  • scrutinising the services provided by Aragon
  • working with other local agencies, e.g. councils.

You can read further details about this in our Resident Involvement Statement or Impact Assesement. If you would like to speak to someone about getting involved, please phone 01525 840505 and ask to speak to a member of the Resident Involvement Team.
