Homeless information
Housing Advice Service and Homelessness
Legal background
Losing your home is very stressful. Aragon Housing Association, on behalf of Central Bedfordshire Council, can help in some circumstances, but the sort of help it can give depends on your particular situation.
The Association cannot always give you the help you want as it has to work within a legal framework; the Housing Act 1996, Part VII (amended by the Homelessness Act 2002).
Advice and assistance
