Customer Committee
The Customer Committee consists of 12 elected tenant representatives, plus a leaseholder and an independent Aragon Board member. The Committee reports directly to the Board and nominates the four tenants who sit on the Board.
The Customer Committee’s main purpose is to monitor service delivery. It deals with issues of particular concern to tenants such as repairs performance, area improvements and community issues. The Committee has its own terms of reference and decision-making process.
