Step 3. We will then send you an information pack within five working days. This pack gives full details of the service we can offer you. 

Step 4. Send back your completed pack in the stamped address envelope provided. 

Step 5. Once we have received your completed pack we will contact you to arrange an appointment with a member of the Money Advice Team.
