The service can assist new and existing customers living in Aragon Housing Association accommodation, and is accessible to all customers who are in need of support to help them keep within the terms and conditions of their tenancy.
If you are an Aragon customer and feel you may benefit from this service, contact your housing officer, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Aragon on 0300 123 5544 and ask for one of our Money Advisors.
If you know someone, such as a family member or friend, who is an Aragon customer and may benefit from this service, you can refer them by contacting our Money Advice Service on 0300 123 5544. A member of staff will then contact the customer to discuss their needs. Anyone offered the service does not have to agree to receive support if they do not wish to.
Other agencies can also make referrals, for example, the Citizens Advice Bureau or Social Services.
If you have been referred, you should expect initial contact from the Money Advisor who will offer you an appointment to establish your suitability for the service, together with some basic advice.
