How do I access the service?

The service can assist new and existing customers living in Aragon Housing Association accommodation, and is accessible to all customers who are in need of support to help them keep within the terms and conditions of their tenancy.

If you are an Aragon customer and feel you may benefit from this service, contact your housing officer or call Aragon on 01525 844573 and ask for the Money Advisor.

If you know someone, such as a family member or friend, who is an Aragon customer and may benefit from this service, you can refer them by contacting our Money Advice Service on 01525 844573. A member of staff will then contact the customer to discuss their needs. Anyone offered the service does not have to agree to receive support if they do not wish to.

Other agencies can also make referrals, for example, the Citizens Advice Bureau or Social Services.

Please note: you may have to wait for the service, unless there are exceptional circumstances, but you will be notified in writing that your name has been added to the waiting list.

However, once you have been referred, you should expect initial contact from the Money Advisor who will offer you an appointment to establish your suitability for the service, together with some basic advice.
