What happens next?

When you reach the top of the waiting list, the Money Advisor will contact you to complete an assessment of your needs and agree with you a start date for working together. The Money Advisor will then propose a Money Agreement based on the assessment.

Once all of the above has been agreed, the Money Advisor will start working with you and your household to ensure that areas of concern are addressed and to review progress. All information is confidential to Aragon Housing Association. Your Money Advisor will only contact other agencies or persons if you have given your written consent, unless there is a cause for concern, or exceptional circumstances apply.
