Reporting repairs

Your repair may be reported online, by email, telephone, letter or personal visit to the Association's offices. Also, you may ask any of the Association's officers visiting you to report any repairs.

Need to report a problem with your gas heating or hot water? You can call the Association's contractor on 0800 90 20 302. You should also use this number to report emergency repair requests for your gas appliances.

Need any other repair? You can call us on 0800 834780 (Daytime) or 0808 1442809 (Out of Hours - "Emergencies Only").

Alternatively, you can use the form below to report a fault. If you fill this form outside office hours (9am-5pm) we will phone you the next working morning.
