This service allows our customers online access on the go to check rent statements and the progress of repairs on your smart phone, tablet or PC.
The service is secure, so no one else can access your details. In order to use the service you must first register. For Joint Tenancies, it is strongly recommended that each Joint Tenant registers separately to obtain individual login details.
This can be done using a Facebook, Twitter or Google account you may already have or if you prefer you can register by entering a email address and password.For all registration options you will need your Rent Account number to hand.
Once the registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from email@example.com. A few days later you will receive a letter in the post containing your secure PIN number which you will need to login to the online services.
Once you have received your PIN number through the post you are ready to access the system. Have your Rent Account number and PIN number to hand as you will need them both to log in.
