General repairs

There are several ways in which you can contact us to report a general repair to us.

• during office hours (8.45am - 5pm) - 0300 123 5544

• out of hours for emergency repairs - 0808 1442809

• email customerservices@aragon-housing.co.uk

• write a letter or make a visit to our office

• you can use the online repair form to report a fault. If you fill in this form outside office hours (8.45am - 5pm) we will phone you the next working morning.

You may also ask any of our staff visiting you to report a repair.

Gas heating, hot water or gas appliances

• Aragon Housing Association's contractor can be contacted on 0800 90 20 302. You should also use this number to report emergency repair requests for your gas appliances.
