Staunton House is situated in the village of Woburn. The village, which has a beautiful Georgian centre, boasts many things to do. There is a museum, a monthly farmers market, outdoor heated swimming pool and village hall. Nearby, Woburn Abbey and Woburn Safari Park offer something a bit different. A post office, doctors surgery and shops are all in close proximity to the scheme, which is linked to the centre of the village by bus.
Staunton House has 16 flats and bungalows. The scheme which is for people over 60-years-old with connections to the area, has a communal area where coffee mornings and other activities are held.
The property also boasts a beautiful garden that dates back to 1600. Staunton House is managed by Aragon on behalf of Woburn Almshouse Charity.
