First steps into Getting Digital
As a registered member of the Online Centres Network we can offer participants on our WWW training sessions a chance to find out more about the web through the ‘Learn my Way’ modules.
Our online courses cover:

- staying in touch

Once you complete the course you will get a personalised certificate and you can progress to more advanced courses if you like.

IT Skills to help get you into work.
With the introduction of Universal Credit, it’s absolutely essential that our residents know how to find their way around a computer to fill in online forms to make benefits claims and complete job applications.
We are here to help. Participants don’t have to have a computer – we are working to make sure our tenants can learn how to get the most of the web and have the IT skills to help them get into work.

Building on your skills, and thanks to our partnership with the Online Centres Network, we are able to offer a City and Guilds accreditation in Online Basics.
This course is perfect for our residents who are currently looking for work or simply looking to build their CV.

We also offer support to our residents on how to use My Place Portal, our secure online service allowing our residents access on the go to their rent accounts and to check the progress of repairs.
