To stay healthy, adults should try to be active daily and aim to achieve at least 150 minutes of physical activity over a week through a variety of activities.
Exercise can reduce your risk of major illnesses, such as heart disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes.
We have several exercise classes for the over 55s in our retirement properties. These classes are tailored to the individual’s mobility so if you need to be seated, this would be accommodated.
The classes are an hour long, run by fully qualified instructors and are a great opportunity to socialise and make new friends.
