Ways to pay your rent
We offer a range of ways you can pay your rent.
Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your rent.
With a Direct Debit you tell your bank or building society that you want us to take your rent payments direct from your account.
We currently offer monthly collection dates between the 1st and 28th of each month.
Please be aware: From April 2017 we are changing how we collect some Direct Debit payments. If we currently collect your rent Direct Debit payments in arrears, we will review the amount you pay to ensure your rent is paid in advance, as per your tenancy agreement or lease. We will of course advise you in writing at least 10 days before any changed Direct Debit payment is collected in order that you can contact us if you have any queries or concerns about this

- see your rent statement
- report and check the progress of repairs
- update your details and people living in your home
- find local hospitals, doctors surgeries and pharmacies near your property.

On the telephone
Using either a Debit or Credit card on 0300 123 3423 available 24 hours a day.
You will be asked to respond to a series of questions and once the payment has been made, you will be given a payment reference for your records. You will need your eight digit tenancy reference number and card details to hand when you call.
Please be aware we do not accept American Express or Diner Cards.
Standing Order instruction will need to be completed and returned to your Bank to be actioned (remember to amend it when your rent amount changes).
If you have internet access you can setup home banking through your Bank’s website and regular transfers can then be made to us using the bank details below:

Rent In Advance
Rent must be paid in advance in accordance with your tenancy agreement or lease. This means your rent account must not be in arrears between payments regardless of how you pay e.g. weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments.
This still applies if you are in receipt of housing related benefits such as Housing Benefit or Universal Credit.
